Serving Greater Seattle.

Based in Renton, working across King and Pierce County.

Clearing the way for something new? Our remodeling and flooring teams can pick up right where demolition ends.

Questions, answered.

What areas do you serve?

Greater Seattle, from our base in Renton: Seattle, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, Tacoma, Bellevue, Burien, Tukwila, SeaTac, Des Moines, Covington, Maple Valley, Puyallup and nearby cities in King and Pierce County.

How do I get a price?

Send the estimate request with a few photos. Most junk removal jobs can be priced from photos. Demolition usually starts with a short walkthrough so we can agree on exactly what goes and what stays.

What is the difference between Demolition and Demolition + Hauling?

Demolition covers the tear-out only: debris is stacked on site or loaded into a dumpster you already have. Demolition + Hauling adds the removal and disposal of all debris, and we leave the space broom-clean.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. For junk removal we can work without you if the items are accessible and we agreed on them in advance. For demolition we walk the space with you before work starts.

Is there anything you can’t take?

We don’t haul hazardous materials such as paint, solvents, fuel, chemicals or asbestos. Older buildings may need an asbestos survey before demolition, as required by the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. We’ll tell you if your project needs one.

Do you work on commercial spaces?

Yes. We handle tenant improvement tear-outs, flooring removal and debris haul-away for offices, retail and branch locations, scheduled around business hours when needed.
